#26 1/2: Kids’ Q&A

Nick’s brother’s family spent last weekend with us. We had a lot of fun, despite the rainy day on Sunday. Kiril’s wife, Chelsey, convinced her sister, brother-in-law, and their three kids to come over for the local festival. Little did they know that the rain would drown out the plans, so we just gave them a tour of Felicity thus far and then went out for lunch.

Chelsey had the idea to record the kids’ questions pertaining to the boat, and Tristan and Calvin would answer them. When “Aunt Chelsey” told Emery that it was for YouTube, her sweet eyes got bigger and she looked at me and said, “You have a YouTube channel?!”

About twenty minutes later when we were all seated at lunch, she stood behind me and waited for the adults to stop talking. I looked back at her, expecting her to ask her mom something. Instead, she said, “Miss Jackie, have you had a chance to do the YouTube yet?”
